Our Response to COVID-19
The workspace
We have been working around the clock to reinvent our spaces, with the aim of prioritizing your health and safety. In addition, we called in experts by working with International SOS to provide strategic guidance on health and quality control, and Bureau Veritas to audit and support our policies so that we can constantly improve.
Increased sanitization
We are disinfecting common areas more frequently and offering complimentary sanitizing products in our spaces.
Prioritization of personal space
By redesigning our common spaces with interleaved seating and lower occupancy, teams can collaborate while maintaining a healthy social distance.
Indicative signage
The new hygiene measures, as well as capacity protocols, are reinforced with strategically placed signage.
Reinforced disinfection protocols
Increased frequency and scope of cleaning routines.
Increased availability of sanitization products
Hand sanitizer and disposable towels, new automatic soap dispensers.
Personal protective equipment
Provision of masks and gloves to our Community teams.
Reduction of instances of physical contact
In corridors and other high-traffic areas.
